Korinbo
Korinbo is a small Taiwanese vegetarian restaurant famous for its intimate counter seating and home-style dishes without onions or garlic. The owner has run the place since 1980 and provides a daily set menu often easily adaptable for vegans who request no egg. Located on the 2nd floor inside Nakano Broadway, it offers a cozy, authentic experience though seating is limited and finding the venue can be tricky.
