Yummy
Yummy is a casual restaurant in the center of Sapa known for Vietnamese and Western offerings including a vegetarian section with many vegan-friendly options like tofu and rice dishes. Diners can enjoy mountain views from the upstairs balcony while sampling simple vegan dishes such as tofu sizzler or braised aubergine with tofu. The staff are friendly though somewhat unfamiliar with veganism but willing to clarify ingredients upon request.
